Insurance Coverage

In regards to insurance coverage, please remember to provide WHAHLT a copy of your annual insurance binder at your renewal date; meeting the Ground Lease requirements of general liability insurance covering the home and land in the amount of at least $300,000 and naming West Hennepin Affordable Housing Land Trust (WHAHLT) as an additional insured on the policy.  Also, endorsements must be included with your policy stating it cannot be canceled, reduced in amount of coverage or otherwise modified by the insurance carrier without at least a 30 days’ prior written notice to WHAHLT.  Call the office if you have any questions regarding the liability insurance coverage requirement.
